Q:  When does YG Commemorative start accepting orders?
A:  YG Commemorative starts accepting custom orders on August 1 of each school year.  YG Commemorative will post a reminder on our homepage when we will start taking custom orders for the upcoming school year.

Q:  When does YG Commemorative stop accepting orders?
A:  YG Commemorative’s pre-order period is from August 1 – October 31 of each year.  Orders are taken on a first come first served basis until quantities are sold out.

Q:  What does YG Commemorative mean by current order year?  When are products delivered?
A:  YG Commemorative’s “current order year” follows the general U.S. school year that usually begins in August of one year, with graduation sometime in May or June of the following year.  Because YG Commemorative personalized products are handmade, our products require a long time to assemble.

Here is a typical YG Commemorative current order year example for the Class of 2001:
August, 2000 –>  Orders are placed
Mid March, 2001 – April 30, 2001 –> Class of 2001 custom orders are shipped out

Q:  Can I upload 2 separate pictures in 1 order?
A:  No, only one (1) picture can be uploaded and used per order.  For customers ordering multiple product(s) for two (2) or more graduates, each graduate’s order must be placed separately.

Q:  Can I change the personalized text after I have placed an order?
A:  Unfortunately, after a custom order is submitted, you cannot modify the order.  Please do make sure that all of the personalized text is correct before saving your file.

Q:  I have not seen this type of personalized glass mountain product or the individualized medallion designs before.  Can I buy these in a local gift store?
A:  The Personalized Glass Mountain product and the Personalized Medallion designs are all designed in-house by YG Commemorative.  Currently, these two personalized products are primarily sold through YG Commemorative’s website: www.ygcommemorative.com

Q:  It is April and I forgot to place an order for that personalized glass mountain.  Is there anyway to rush manufacture one glass mountain for my son’s graduation in June?
A:  If there are no quantities remaining through our website, there is a chance that you might find a small quantity of our personalized graduation keepsakes available through our Ebay (Ebay.com) and / or Etsy (Etsy.com) accounts.

Q:  My daughter graduated this past May 2009.  If I place an order in 2010 during the ordering period, will YG Commemorative backdate this order?
A:  No, unfortunately YG Commemorative will not backdate orders due to the limited quantities of the products available for each year.  Each year’s product is exclusively made for that year only.

Q:  What advantage do I have for pre-ordering your products?
A:  Due to the custom and handmade nature of our personalized products, quantities are truly limited each year.  You have the best chance of guaranteeing your graduate a personalized YG Commemorative keepsake by pre-ordering.

Q:  My son will graduate in mid May from college.  Is there any way to guarantee that his product arrives before he graduates?
A:  In reference to your online pre-order, orders placed online at YG Commemorative’s website will start to be shipped out to the address provided starting as early as mid March until April 30.  When orders are shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  Please use this tracking number to help track your shipment.

Q:  What shipping options are offered by YG Commemorative?
A:  In reference to your online order, orders placed online at YG Commemorative’s website are shipped out via ground delivery service only.  To keep customer’s costs down, this is the only option offered for web orders at this time.

Q:  Where does YG Commemorative ship to? 
A:  YG Commemorative WILL ship to all 50 states (48 continental states, Alaska, and Hawaii) only.

Q:  Will YG Commemorative ship to P.O. Box addresses in the U.S.?
A:  No, YG Commemorative will NOT ship items to United States P.O. Box addresses.
