Q:  Why are your products a pre order?
A:  Due to the custom tailored nature of YG Commemorative’s personalized products, we require a substantial amount of time to manufacture each order.

Q:  Can I upload 2 separate pictures in 1 order?
A:  No, only one (1) picture can be uploaded and used per order.  For customers ordering multiple product(s) for two (2) or more graduates, each graduate’s order must be placed separately.

Q:  I have not seen this type of personalized glass mountain product or the individualized medallion designs before.  Can I buy these in a local gift store?
A:  The Personalized Glass Mountain product and the Personalized Medallion designs are all designed in-house by YG Commemorative.  Currently, these two personalized products are primarily sold through YG Commemorative’s website: www.ygcommemorative.com

Q:  When does YG Commemorative start accepting orders?
A:  YG Commemorative starts accepting custom orders on August 1 of each school year.  YG Commemorative will post a reminder on our homepage when we will start taking custom orders for the upcoming school year.

Q:  When does YG Commemorative stop accepting orders?
A:  For the Personalized Glass Mountain product, YG Commemorative usually ends our order taking process in late September through November of the same school year or when quantities of the Personalized Glass Mountain are sold out; whichever comes first.  When quantities reach a low number, an indicator will show up indicating how many remaining products are available for sale for the current school year.

Q:  Can I change the personalized text after I have placed an order?
A:  Unfortunately, after a custom order is submitted, you cannot modify the order.  Please do make sure that all of the personalized text is correct before saving your file.

Q:  It is April and I forgot to place an order for that personalized glass mountain.  Is there anyway to rush manufacture one glass mountain for my son’s graduation in June?
A:  Only limited quantities of products are offered each year.  If you did not preorder your  YG Commemorative graduation keepsake during the previous year’s order intake dates, we might have a small quantity of personalized graduation keepsakes available on Ebay (Ebay.com) and / or Etsy (Etsy.com).

Q:  My daughter graduated this past May 2009.  If I place an order in 2010 during the ordering period, will YG Commemorative backdate this order?
A:  No, unfortunately YG Commemorative will not backdate orders due to the limited quantities of the products available for each year.  Each year’s product is exclusively made for that year only.

Q:  When are products delivered?
A:  Products for where YG Commemorative has a contract with a school or with a school organization are delivered to the school from mid April until mid May.

Orders placed online at YG Commemorative’s website will start to be shipped out to the address provided starting as early as March until mid May.

Q:  My son will graduate in mid May from college.  Is there any way to guarantee that his product arrives before he graduates?
A:  In reference to your online order, orders placed online at YG Commemorative’s website will start to be shipped out to the address provided starting as early as March until mid May.  In most cases, you will receive the product before mid May.  However, YG Commemorative does not guarantee delivery by mid May due to shipping times and the distance from where you live in relation to where we are shipping from. 

Q:  What shipping options are offered by YG Commemorative?
A:  In reference to your online order, orders placed online at YG Commemorative’s website are shipped out via ground delivery service only.  To keep customer’s costs down, this is the only option offered for web orders at this time.

Q:  Where does YG Commemorative ship to?  Will YG Commemorative ship to P.O. Box addresses in the U.S.?
A:  YG Commemorative WILL ship to all 50 states in the U.S.  A flat rate is charged for continental U.S. addresses.  A separate flat rate is charged for addresses in Hawaii or Alaska. 

Yes, YG Commemorative will ship items to United States P.O. Box addresses.

Q:  Will YG Commemorative ship to Canada or Mexico?
A:  No, YG Commemorative currently ships to U.S. addresses only.
